       “The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and God remembered Babylon the great, to make her drain the cup of the wine of the fury of his wrath. The seventh angel does something to the air, the atmosphere, the sky of the earth. Whatever he does, it is clear that it is something dramatic as shown by the flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a great earthquake. And God informs us that this completes his judgments, for he speaks from his throne. It could be that the angel of the Lord has caused some type of superstorm to form in the sky, or it could be some kind of explosion, since there is the lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder.
