       And this ends the judgments from God on the world, the final stretch of our current world setup as we know it today. And we know that Jesus comes down to the earth at the Battle of Armageddon, and his enemies are destroyed. He kills the armies of the world instantaneously. The end of Revelation 19 talks about this a little more in-depth. It also tells us that the Antichrist and his false prophet are captured. And they are thrown immediately into the Lake of Fire, alive. To finish things up, let us bring to mind what Matthew has recorded for us in his Gospel: “Jesus said to them, "Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first” (Matthew 19:28-30, ESV).
